The Trained Team
We offer a premium training package for all staff at Unite Highland Care. This package is designed to provide our staff with comprehensive training and development opportunities, to enhance their skills and knowledge in providing high-quality care and support to our clients.

Meet the C.E.O.
Unite Highland Care’s founder and CEO is Olusegun Atoyebi. As a registered mental health nurse, Olusegun’s wealth of experience includes working within the NHS, children, adult, prison and community service.
His passion for caring began when he worked in an inpatient unit, and observed the need for effective continuation of care when people are discharged from the hospital. Ultimately ensuring that people live as independently as they can with support from staff.
As an individual with high standards, Olusegun did extensive research and set up a system that quickly earned Unite Highland Care an “Good” rating with the CQC (Care Quality Commission).
Olusegun’s leadership, commitment to excellence and passion for people according to him, has been greatly influenced by his faith.
